Chef Kenetha Ashton 
 

Kenetha Ashton’s culinary journey began in a family-owned restaurant in Wallilabou Bay, St. Vincent and The Grenadines. A picturesque cove famously used as the Pirates of the Caribbean filming location. Growing up immersed in Caribbean culture and vibrant flavors, she mastered crafting authentic Creole dishes and local rum punch amid stunning scenery and a laid-back atmosphere.

 

Over the past 20 years, Kenetha has refined her craft through roles at two Michelin-starred restaurants, including Pied‑à‑Terre, blending tradition with innovation. She holds advanced training in Food Science and Culinary Arts from London’s Mayfair Culinary Institute, equipping her to create menus that are both authentic and inventive.

 

Founded on her passion for exceptional cuisine, Elite Culinaire embodies Kenetha’s culinary philosophy of combining her Caribbean roots with international techniques and a commitment to farm-to-table ingredients. Most of her ingredients are sourced locally, ensuring freshness, supporting sustainable farmers, and providing a true farm-to-table experience. Today, she channels her expertise into elevating special occasions weddings, corporate events, private parties, and media features delivering vibrant, memorable cuisine.
